I made it to the last ultrasound, so I could see the little thing in action and stuff. Quite amazing how they can look inside the baby with ultrasound kinda like in slices! Almost like an MRI. We could see brain (yay, unlike dad, the baby has one!), the heart, kidneys, the bladder, bones, and other stuff. Wow. The little thing was resting/sleeping face down (like daddy) and no prodding managed to wake it up, so it would turn around. Deep sleep runs in the family (let’s hope the baby will sleep through the night later, too!).

Anyway, that was cool. The, ahem..., interesting part was elsewhere though. The ultrasound chick discovered an unmistakable attachment to the baby (see the arrow on the picture?). Damn!!!! I was looking forward to a baby girl, but looks like it’s pretty sure to say that it’s a boy now! Wow again. Daddy is a tiny little bit disappointed now. Well, I decided that we’ll raise him like a girl anyway. I’m sure it’s all about the environment, not the genes...
